National Lottery Awards for All is changing!
Today, we are delighted to share that our flagship funding programme, National Lottery Awards For All, is changing – supporting our ambition to turbocharge funding for grassroots community projects across the UK.
From midday today, you will be able to:
- Apply for funding between £300 and £20,000 to support your project, an increase from the previous £10,000 per year
- Get your project funded for up to two years rather than one.
These changes mean that we have doubled the amount you can apply for and how long we’ll fund your project.
These changes to National Lottery Awards for All deliver the promise and ambition of our new strategy, It starts with community, launched in June this year. This marks the biggest change to National Lottery funding for a generation.
Reimagining National Lottery Awards for All
In our latest blog, David Knott, Chief Executive Officer at the National Lottery Community Fund, lifts the lid on how and why we’re doubling down on support for grassroots funding.
Small grants, big impact
At The National Lottery Community Fund, we know how important small grants are and the impact they have on communities.
Our Small Grants Big Impact report provides more detail on the changes we’ve made to National Lottery Awards for All and includes stories from organisations who've used our funding to make a difference to their local communities.
Big changes, bigger possibilities
Over the past few months, we’ve visited projects across England to hear about their experiences of National Lottery Awards for All, and their thoughts on the positive impact the new changes could have on their community. From helping communities to become more environmentally sustainable to reducing loneliness and social isolation, we’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks.
