Health and Wellbeing Survey- UKMIS

Dear Shed Leaders,

We are emailing you to ask if you could please complete a short questionnaire on Health & Wellbeing in your Shed. The link to the survey is below. It should take less than ten minutes to complete.

The survey is intended to gather information from Sheds to prioritise the work of the Health & Wellbeing group to concentrate on the matters that give most Sheds concerns.

The Health and Wellbeing Advisory Group are a group of volunteer Ambassadors who are working on the UKMSA Health and Wellbeing strategy.

The survey will close on the 13th February 2023. The results will be made available in March 2023.
